This represents a trend-setting solution for the remote maintenance and repair of machines and plants. Using AR technologies, users can send live videos to KASTO's service experts via tablet, smartphone or smart glasses and receive visual help and information in real time in the event of malfunctions or maintenance work. With this new application, maintenance costs can be reduced and the productivity and operational uptime of machines and plants can be increased. At the same time, a faster and error-reduced exchange of information is guaranteed.
